If you forgot your password for your DSBN account, please click here to complete a student password reset. You will need your O.E.N. number, which can be found on any report card.
Eden Guidance cannot support a password reset request.

If you still face difficulty using the guidance appointment request form, please reach out to Eden Guidance by email or phone. We can manually add you to our appointment list - this should ONLY be required if you are new to the DSBN.
