Once you complete course selections you will be prompted to print a COURSE REQUEST SIGN-OFF SHEET where both student and parent signatures are required.
A SIGNED copy can be digitally uploaded using the form at this link. If you are returning to “in-person” learning the week of February 8th, we will also have a physical drop box outside guidance to receive your signed course request sheet outside of the guidance department.
The deadline for submitting Course Request Sign-Off Sheets was set for Friday February 5th.
